When our flight was unexpectedly canceled late in the evening we found ourselves scrambling to find another flight and figure out what to do for the night. Super 8 came to our rescue. They gave us a nice room at a great price at 2:30 AM. It’s a low budget hotel so it’s a little less fancy but it was just what we needed. We appreciated the airport shuttle and something to eat before we left. The driver even knew how to navigate airport construction to get us close to our gate. It was awesome! Thank you Super 8!
I chose the hotel for the free airport shuttle, but Dallas has two airports. User error on my part. The staff were helpful in helping me find alternate transport to Love Field.
I've stayed pretty frequently at this location over the last two months for work, and it has honestly been great. The staff is always there to help with anything you need, the rooms are clean and comfortable every time, and the other guests are quiet so you aren't hearing anyone through your wall. I'll continue to stay at this location when I'm in the area for work and would recommend to anyone thinking about it!
Bed was the problem i hate hard beds and no microwave in our room but seen another room my cousin had had one but i did go through booking.com and they dont know whats in the rooms. Ober all nice stay tho. We went in at bed time and had to leave earlier than planed at 5am.
Friendly staff with a go-above-and-beyond attitude made my stay very enjoyable. I had to take the 6am shuttle to DFW, breakfast started at the same time yet they still let me grab some food items and coffee. Room was very clean. Management seems to understand how important attention to details and customer service are and what a difference they can make. I rarely think that I would intentionally choose to stay at a certain place again if I was to return to the area, but this hotel is one of them.

The room was clean, bed awesome, clean bathroom, enough towels! Sandra at front seat was awesome and helpful! The breakfast is basic but everything was good. Location is great. Near restaurants, both fast food and sit-down. Thank you!
Liz and Phan were awesome. They have a pancake making machine here and you just press a button. My TV stopped working and they had someone up in minutes. When it still didn't work they happily moved me right away.
